With a fifty percent increase in employee growth over the last year, Stewart was asked what Beck Technology is doing to help new hires understand the culture. Beck Technology’s core values are passion, innovation, and caring and Beck Technology leadership is very intentional about creating a company culture that embodies these core values every day.
To help with talent acquisition and retention, Stewart provides examples of the type of fun, passionate, caring, and innovative environment Beck Technology offers and gives suggestions on what fully remote companies can do to maintain an active company culture. He says, “create a culture where you communicate your ‘why’ and actively bring people on that fit that ‘why.’”
