Marriott International, Inc.
The U.S. preconstruction team at Marriott International has been a DESTINI Estimator user for over 5 years and uses the estimating software to manage construction projects for the hospitality company’s portfolio of hotels and related lodging facilities.
In August of 2022, Marriott International was recognized by Lodging Econometrics as leading the hotel construction pipeline in the U.S. Their projects had increased year-over-year by 4% with 249 projects under construction and 653 projects scheduled to start in a 12-month period.
More project news continues to highlight Marriott International’s growth. Reston, Virginia is the setting for a first-of-its-kind concept facility by combining a Marriott AC Hotel and Residence Inn. The property will be pursuing a LEED Silver certification. Additionally, Marriott International has a project in Colorado that is deploying modular building to shorten the build time.

Based in Bethesda, Maryland, Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) has been a DESTINI Estimator user for a couple of years. This award-winning construction company is investing in the communities they serve. Their multi-phase project at the Landon School in Bethesda has allowed CWC to renovate and expand the campus. They were recently recognized as being a top workplace for women by the Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis.
