Stewart Carroll, President of Beck Technology, joined David Stutzman and Steve Ganter on Conspectus’ podcast Deliberate Words on February 18, 2022. The Deliberate Words podcast members of the AEC industry get together to talk about the deliberate words of company leaders that help produce better outcomes of a project.

Maintaining a strong company culture has been the reason why Beck Technology has won Best Places to Work in Dallas every year since 2018.In this episode, Swimming Against the Current, David and Steve ask Stewart about how Beck Technology maintains its culture and how its product, DESTINI Estimator construction estimating software, helps preconstruction teams make better project decisions through transparency and collaboration.

With a fifty percent increase in employee growth over the last year, Stewart was asked what Beck Technology is doing to help new hires understand the culture.
