Our highly experienced team of modeling experts are located in the USA and are AEC professionals (not software technologists). We can help you drive the most value in your project regardless of your role:
Owners: Prior to organizing a major project team and incurring large amounts of capital, a DProfiler™ Cost Model can assist in the development of multiple conceptual designs in order to establish a solid budget, define the scope of the project, and create a detailed roadmap for the project, providing the team with the knowledge and the ability to confidently answer the fundamental question, “Should we build this project?”
Developers: While the Design Architect is creating conceptual plans and images, a DProfiler™ Cost Model can evaluate the concepts and provide the team a second, independent source to confirm the budget information providing confidence that the project is on track and headed for success. It can also assist in the fast and efficient development of design options, such as multiple exterior cladding schemes utilizing different materials.
Architects: During the schematic and conceptual design period, a DProfiler Cost Model can assist the Architect in providing the highest quality design with respect to the client’s budget.
“DProfiler™ has become a tremendous added value service that we have been providing to our AEC clients for the past year and a half. With Beck Technology’s industry and technical expertise, we have saved many government projects from the brink of "Cancellation due to Budget Issues."”

Contractors and Project Managers: Utilizing DProfiler during the conceptual phase of a project to assist Developers and Architects in the budgeting phase to develop conceptual cost estimates more efficiently than traditional processes. This trade-off gives Developers and Architects the accurate information they need at a level appropriate to the project phase, while allowing the internal Preconstruction Team to focus on more detailed cost estimates necessary for the Design Development and Construction Documents phases of a project.
All of this can be done with limited information for your project team. Frequently, a simple plan and elevation, or a sketch, is all that is needed in order to convey enough information to provide valuable cost estimation for the project.
