BIM Toolkit

Building information modeling means different things to different people. It's the process. It's the virtual building. It's the tools that serve different purposes throughout the building lifecycle. Many firms today are developing a BIM toolkit, that is, a group of best-in-class tools to help leverage BIM most effectively for different purposes. Among others, DProfiler™ exports IFC (model & cost), DWG (model), Excel (cost), and PEE (Timberline estimate) to support different BIM workflows. Beck Technology also has developed a Revit Add-In that creates a native RVT (Revit file) from the DProfiler™ model.
